Hidden treasure found in childre´s park

Yesterday morning, while plenty of children were playing at the park with their parents, a dog started digging a hole next to an apple tree. Its owner noticed his dog was looking for something, which turned out to be a treasure. All the people around were called by this man who was astonished for the huge discovery. When the police arrived, they decided that the find must be taken to the police station and then the authorities would speculate about its origin.
It is believed that th treasure was left there by some gangster that live nearby in order to hide it from the police. After the find was cleaned, it was taken to the bank and it will kept there until the authorities decide what to do with it.

GEOGRAPHY AND WAR

I disagree with the ideas developed in the text, because I honestly think that a war can be started by any reason and not always geography is important. Throughout the centuries, we have seen that war is usually caused by countries with different ideals, ways of living, economical issues, religion, cultures, etc. Moreover, when these countries decide to fight for what they think is fair they do not take into account geography and start a war wherever and whenever they want. I may be wrong but we know about battles that have been set on places where is somewhat difficult to fight, and most of the soldiers and the people around have died because of the weather, high or low temperatures, sand storms, etc. However, I think that nowadays the military have thought about the features of the battlefield before they go there to fight.

Super villain!

I´ve always wanted to have super powers such as the ability to read other people´s mind and super intelligence, because with both powers I would be able to control everything and everybody. It may sound like if I was a perfect villain,someone whose thougths consist on becoming more and more powerful; however, I would only use those powers when I had the need of, especially in circumstances related to love, parents or work. This could turn into something dangerous though, for I would have too many enemies around and any closer friend left. On the other hand,I think that having super strengh is somewhat boring because it is not that needed, unless my family or friends were trapped somewhere, or if I was in the middle of a battle fighting against enormous creatures with super powers too, which is less probable than being surrounded by interesting people with interesting hidden thoughts.
